Overview
The classic Jomolhari Trek climbs to the dramatic basecamp of Mount Jomolhari (7,326 m), Bhutan's "Mountain of the Goddess". The trail showcases Bhutan's incredible biodiversity, ancient ruins of Drugyel Dzong, and the stunning Jangothang basecamp meadow with the towering north face of Jomolhari rising directly overhead. Cross Nyile La pass (4,890 m) and walk through traditional yak-herder country before descending back to civilisation.
